The operating system for your residential block.
Reeve runs your building — AI-drafted budgets, statutorily-compliant service-charge demands, money collected into your block’s own account, accounting, compliance, Section 20 and the resident wiki — so volunteer directors don’t have to.

ExploreNot there yet? We’ll get you the Right to Manage.
Reeve Start helps a block get organised from day one — check if you qualify, rally the neighbours to the 50% threshold, gather the evidence, and run the claim. Then it becomes your operating system.

Kept an agent? Watch them properly.
If you’d rather not self-manage, Reeve becomes your oversight cockpit — the one the residents own. Check what the agent reports against the bank, track compliance independently, and switch agents without losing your record.

Agents and suppliers, rated on the data
A transparent marketplace where you source agents and suppliers — with data-backed ratings and verified reviews. You choose, and Reeve never takes a hidden cut.
Agents
Agents pay — never the block
A directory of managing agents with data-backed ratings — fee vs benchmark, service-charge trend, compliance record, response times — and verified reviews. Compare, shortlist, request a proposal.
Suppliers
Suppliers pay — never the block
Vetted suppliers by category — insurance, cleaning, grounds, lifts, energy, repairs, fire safety, electrical, accountancy — with ratings, reviews and group-buying rates. Request a quote, book the work.
How we keep it neutral
- Ranked by relevance, price and rating — never by who pays Reeve most.
- Any paid placement is clearly labelled “Sponsored” and walled off from ratings.
- No markup on your price — the marketplace is supplier-funded, not a margin on what your block pays.
- A plain-English “how Reeve makes money” link, always one click away.
Your money never touches Reeve
Service charges always sit in your block’s own ring-fenced trust account. Reeve runs the books and the payment rails — it never holds your money, and the interest stays with the leaseholders. Every statutory notice is drafted for your approval, never auto-filed.

Information, not legal advice
Every notice is draft-for-approval. Reeve never files anything for you, and hands off to a solicitor when it matters.

Common questions
Do I still need a managing agent?
No — that's the point. Reeve does the work an agent does (the books, demands, collections, compliance, Section 20) at a fraction of the cost, with you in control. If you'd rather keep an agent, Reeve becomes your oversight layer instead.
What does it cost?
Checking eligibility and organising your neighbours is free. Running the claim is £29/mo (or £199 one-off). Once you're managing your own block, the full operating system is £80–100 per flat per year.
Who holds the money?
You do. Service charges always sit in your block's own ring-fenced trust account — Reeve runs the books and the payment rails but never holds your money, and the interest stays with the leaseholders.
How does Reeve make money on the marketplace?
Suppliers and agents pay Reeve for verified listings and introductions out of their own margin — your block pays a competitive price with no markup. Paid placement is labelled and kept entirely separate from ratings.
Is this legal advice?
No. Reeve gives you information and tools, and drafts every statutory notice for your approval — it never auto-files anything, never conducts litigation, and hands off to a solicitor for contested claims and tribunal work.
We're not self-managing yet — can Reeve still help?
Yes. Reeve Start helps you build your building's record, check if you qualify for Right to Manage, rally the neighbours and run the claim — then it becomes your operating system the day you take over.
